To this date, more than 29 Perth suburbs have recorded a sale price growth of more than 10% in 2022.
Mount Hawthorne and North Perth led the way with rises of 16.3% and 15.8% respectively and Warwick, Carine and Iluka were not far behind, all with a rise above 14%.
These are just a few of many that have seen substantial price growth in such a short amount of time.
The overall Perth Market has seen prices grow 4.2% in a six-month period, from January through to August, with a number of suburbs far exceeding that figure.
Additionally, 105 Perth suburbs have seen an increase of 5% or more in this period of time.
And while interest rates continue to rise, Western Australians are in the best position country-wide to manage the costs of loan repayments.
