This new loan is set to assist Western Australian’s secure apartments in medium/high-density developments with two or more bedrooms.

 

How does it work?

 

Available for medium/high-density apartments (minimum of two bedrooms)

Deposit as low as 2%

No Lenders Mortgage Insurance

Available in urban locations which are close to rail transport hubs

Available only for owner-occupiers – you need to live in the home for the duration of our Keystart loan, it cannot be rented out and is not available for Investors

 

As this is a pilot product it will only be on offer for 300 loans so if this interests you get your application to Keystart as soon as possible…applications open on 25th July 2022.
