Lian Devenish

Lian has spent nearly twenty years working within Perth law firms specialising in property and banking sectors and has a broad range of conveyancing skills working with individual and corporate clients, lending institutions, statutory and government organisations .

Lian draws from her broad experience in residential, commercial, farming, subdivision, changing in title court order transactions as well as mortgage and securities works to provide a premium service to her clients.

Outside of the office, Lian enjoys partaking in and supporting her equestrian pursuits as well as spending time with family and friends.
