Shanae Dudarec

Shanae has been living in beautiful Quindalup for the past 12 years and loves everything the South West has to offer. Shanae graduated with a Certificate 3 in Business Studies and commenced her career at her local real estate agency in Queen Street Busselton. She soon discovered a love of real estate and began learning as much as she could about the industry.

With a positive, hard-working attitude and willingness to learn, Shanae quickly moved into a Sales Administrator role and became more involved in contracts, as well as liaising with Sales Representatives and their clients.When the opportunity presented itself for her to join the settlement industry Shanae jumped at the chance. She has been involved with all aspects of conveyancing for the past 5 years.

Shanae is determined to ensure every settlement proceeds smoothly and stress-free. She is friendly, helpful and a highly valued member of the Hanson Property Settlements team.
